Customer Requests
Confirm the table and selections before accepting. Pending requests expire after 15 minutes. Acceptance sends the order to the kitchen and deducts configured stock. Customers pay the cashier.
Customer Table Links · NFC / QR
Up to 50 tables are available. New tables start paused. Enable a table, then copy its link to its NFC tag or download its QR. A copied link can be opened away from the table; staff must check every request.
Customer Ordering Hours
Malaysia time (Kuala Lumpur). New customer requests are blocked outside these hours. Staff can still review existing requests. Closing earlier than opening means the following morning.

Inventory · Owner Settings
Track ingredients and finished products. Enabled recipes deduct stock when orders are accepted. Use manual movements for deliveries, wastage and corrections; avoid recording the same usage twice.
A request has an unconfirmed result. Retry the same request safely before making another stock change.
Movement History
Latest 100 movements. Saved history is retained. Correct mistakes with a new adjustment and reason.
Recipes & Stock Deductions · Owner Settings
Set quantities for one serving. Enabled recipes deduct stock when an order is accepted and sent to the kitchen. Dishes without enabled recipes do not deduct stock.
A recipe save has an unconfirmed result. Retry the same request before editing again.
No automatic stock return on payment, cancellation or refund. Correct actual returned stock with a justified inventory adjustment; do not return ingredients already cooked or wasted.
